Brutal 10k - Long Valley

For some unknown reason 2 NATBs took part in the Brutal 10k around Long Valley at the weekend, its the wettest 10k and is known for the tough hills and descents.
Wading through 3 lakes with waist high water was an experience, and a tad chilly!!

Claire Spencer came 2nd overall but 1st Female in a ridiculous time of 1 hour 21 seconds
Emma Giles completed it with her Hannah in 1 hour 36mins
