So what is a CTS marathon, well its only one of the toughest marathons going, it stands for Coastal Trail Series and as the name suggests the marathon entails running along the coastline. As we all know our coastlines are a tad hilly (!!) and this one, being based in Dover, was up there will the best of them.

Last weekend 2 members, Cliff and Roxi decided to take part in the full marathon (which ended up being 28.1miles, but that's another story!) and Claire took part in the half marathon (which was 14.63 miles!)
A slight measuring issue can be noted above but this is par for the course when you are running along coastal paths!

All 3 completed the course is very impressive times, Claire 2hrs 16 mins and Roxi and Cliff in 6hrs and 10 minutes.

This is not a run for everyone......to be honest only the crazy members do this one, we salute you!

Toria Seaton - Last weekend a troop of NATBs braved the gale force winds and traveled to the 4th Midlands weekend for more fun and frolics in the rain, wind and mud - you could say we have a problem!

Anyway, another sterling performance followed and the gang produced some fabulous results.

The weekend of 2/3rd january saw some NATBs brave the horrific weather and take part in the BSA Wareham event. Evry year this event is wet, to be fair no one is sure how it would go if it wasnt! 
The course is tough, a few hills, track and of course the amazing sand - which sucks you in!

The NATBs managed to compete with aplomb and gained some brilliant results. Apologies for the lack of team photo, it was raining so hard we didn't have a presentation, everyone just ran for home!!

Just after Christmas some of the NATBs took part in the annual Thetford event run by the United canine Sports Club. This is a great event but as seems to be the theme this year the weather is the standard nemesis.

The team did brilliantly but the official results have not yet been published so we will make do with a "well done all"!! and photos below :)

Lucy and Gary 2 new members were there as well, but i cant find any photos!!
